2. Guide pin and guide sleeve processing process
1. The inner cylindrical surface of the guide sleeve has a high tolerance grade and a small surface roughness Ra value. The measures taken are: Divide the processing stage,
use drilling-rough boring (expansion)-semi-finishing boring (expansion)-rough grinding-fine grinding-grinding, select a fine grinding machine, control the cutting amount, and fully cool.
2. Since the working size of the outer cylindrical surface has a high tolerance grade and a small surface roughness Ra value, the measures taken are: the requirements for student division,
machine tool selection, and cutting amount control in the processing development stage are the same as those of the inner cylindrical surface processing enterprises. In addition,
the process technology route is: rough turning-semi-finishing turning-rough grinding-finishing grinding. The inner cylindrical surface is limited by the tapered mandrel,
and the outer cylindrical surface is positioned and ground with the center holes at both ends of the mandrel. This method has the advantages of easier operation,
high production management efficiency, and reliable quality, safety, stability and provision, but it requires a special machine tool design fixture made in China, so it is not suitable for batch production.
